Everyone Needs a Coach

Even coaches.

As coaches, our journey is neverending.

To highlight this, I enrolled with a colleague of mine on the ‘Coaching Mastery’ programme, led by David Goldsmith and David Peterson. The programme challenged my existing views on coaching, expanded my thinking exponentially and helped me refine my coaching skills through diligent practice. I, and my clients, are better off as a result.

So…who else coaches me?

A word from our founder, Don:

Being endlessly curious about being more coach-like is an aspiration that we would argue is an infinite game.

There is always something more to learn and practice as the world and life brings us new challenges and experiences. The science of coaching is constantly evolving. Great thinkers emerge almost daily as the world gets ever smaller in terms of its connectivity and access to rich and varied data.
